Jan 2006--no shows or news to report.
Feb 2006--no show news to report.  Hayley whelped 4 beautiful baby girls.
March 2006--my baby girl 'Gwen' went winners bitch for 3 points at the Windsor Kennel Club
dog show!  Way to go Gwen!

Magic whelped a litter of 5 puppies on March 27th--my birthday!  Mom and her babies are
doing great.
April 2006--Chatham Kennel Club--Saturday--Gwen went best of winners over a large entry
of papillons from the junior puppy class for 4 points!  She was reserve the following day. JC
won the breed under Michael Leonard from Ireland and made the cut for the group.  This
was his first time in the ring this year so I was thrilled to say the least!

Fergus Kennel Club--JC was again Best of Breed.
May 2006--Forest City Kennel Club--Gwen goes best of winners on Sunday for 2 more
points.  Just one more to go now! JC again won the breed.

K-W Kennel Club--Manuki earns his first point.
June 2006--We had a great weekend at Erie Shores Kennel Club.  Cornsilks Manuki was
entered on Saturday.  He won the puppy group and went on to win Best Puppy In Show!

The following day, our phalene puppy
Tigger was entered.  He won the breed and went on
to a group 3rd for a total of 5 points on his first trip into the ring!

Gwen, Cornsilks Rich Girl, also went winners bitch both days to complete her
championship.  

June has been a great month!  JC,
Ch. Cornsilks Tis The Season, won the toy group on
June 18th at Monarch Kennel Club!

Tigger,
Cornsilks Tiggers Bounce, also picked up 8 more points towards his
championship...just a couple more to go!

July 2006-- Cornsilks Tiggers Bounce is a new champion!  He went winners dog at Oxford
Country under judge Everett Dean to finish his title.

We are showing 'Mimi' aka Kenmar II Who Sir Me Sir for my good friend Andrea Meloon.  
Mimi went winners bitch on Friday for 2 points and again on Monday for 2 more points at
Oxford County Kennel Club and Woodstock and District Kennel Club.

At Kilbride and District Mimi was again winners bitch for one point and my phalene puppy,
Tigger, won the breed!
August 2006-- Barrie Kennel Club--Kenmar II Who Sir Me Sir was best of winners for 3
points and JC, Ch. Cornsilks Tis The Season, won the breed and made the cut for the
group!

Grey Bruce Kennel Club--Mimi, Kenmar II Who Sir Me Sir was winners bitch for 2 points!

Trio Kennel Club--My good friend Laurie Cheney and I travelled to Bradford Ontario for the
papillon Canada booster on the Sunday of the Trio show.  There was also a toy specialty
that day.  Mimi was winners bitch at the toy specialty to finish her championship so she is
now Can CH. Kenmar II Who Sir Me Sir.  Congratulations to her owner Andrea Meloon.  
JC, Ch. Cornsilks Tis the Season was Best of Breed at the booster and made the cut in
the group!  Thanks to judge Dick Meen.  Cornsilks Manuki was reserve winners dog at the
booster.

September 2006-- Not a lot to report this month.  Phoenix, Kenmar Here Comes The
Sun, picked up his first point at the Burlington Kennel Club dog show.  And Frankie,
Cornsilks French Kiss, earned her first 2 points and a Best Puppy In Group win the
following day at the Scarbrough Kennel Club show.
October 2006--Kenmar Here Comes The Sun picked up 4 more points at the London
Canine dog show.

Trillium Kennel Club--our long awaited specialty shows!  The Papillon Canada National
was held on Sat Oct 28 and then on Sunday it was the Papillon Club of Southern
Ontario's first specialty show.  This is the club I belong to with a few other papillon
breeders in the area.  We had a wonderful weekend of fun and friends.  My good friend
Andrea Meloon joined us, all the way from Arizona and brought a beautiful little boy with
her.  She won Best Puppy at the toy specialty and picked up 4 points over the weekend.  
"Sunny" is co-owned by Andrea and my mom, Jo-Anne.  I've included a couple of pictures

November 2006--no show news this month.  

Sophia, my little phalene girl, had one female puppy on Nov 22nd. The sire is my
beautiful boy, Jam.  Both mom and baby are doing well.

Paris, Ch. Cornsilks City of Lights, gave birth to 5 beautiful puppies on Nov 29th.
